Qualifications

• Able to quickly learn manufacturing processes, products and systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound sales and administrative calls.
• Serve as liaison between sales, customers and operations for efficiency.
• Manage supply chain tasks and client interactions.
• Assist sales team with client management, proposals and follow ups.
• Maintain accurate client and sales data in CRM.
• Coordinate shipments: shipping, tracking, documentation, updates, issue resolution.
• Monitor KPIs and sales data by reps and market segments.
