Job summary

Hyatt Vacation Ownership is seeking a friendly Guest Services/Sales Assistant to greet guests arriving for scheduled presentations and in the sales gallery. You will ensure comfort, offer refreshments, assign guests to Sales Executives, and track tours, reservations, and reports.

You will manage direct tours, reconcile leads in the computer system, communicate tour availability to front desk and brokers, and uphold quality standards in all common areas.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests as they arrive for scheduled sales presentations or visit the sales gallery for information.
• Ensure guests are comfortable and offer refreshments while they wait for presentations.
• Assign guests to the proper Sales Executive and track/report line rotation.
• Award premiums to guests after presentations and monitor premium delivery in the system.
• Keep gallery common areas neat, stocked, and well-maintained with hospitality items.
• Input and manage all direct tours and sales wave availability, including bookings, reschedules, and cancellations.
• Reconcile package and direct tour leads in the computer system and communicate updates.
• Share updated tour availability with Sales Front Desk, Marketing Executives, andTour Brokers.
• Contact preview package customers by telephone and confirm arrival dates and arrangements.
