Job summary

U.S. Legal Support is seeking a motivated Junior Account Representative to support business development while learning the skills to advance into an Account Executive role.

This hybrid, field-based territory role covers South Orange County, South Los Angeles County, or North Orange County, with a Monday-Friday schedule and occasional evening events. You will work closely with a Senior Account Executive, participate in client meetings, and engage in networking activities to build relationships

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with a Senior Account Executive to support territory growth and client engagement initiatives.
• Participate in client meetings, site visits, and business development activities.
• Attend networking events and industry functions to build relationships and generate business opportunities.
• Conduct follow-up communications, outreach efforts, and pipeline support activities.
• Maintain accurate records and sales activity within the CRM system (HubSpot experience preferred).
• Coordinate meetings, prepare sales materials, and assist with client presentations.
• Develop a strong understanding of U.S. Legal Support's services, solutions, and value proposition.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive client experience and support sales objectives.
