Job summary

U.S. Legal Support is seeking a Junior Account Representative in Southern California, hybrid, to support territory growth alongside a Senior Account Executive. This role offers hands-on client exposure and a path toward an Account Executive position.

You will participate in meetings, events, and pipeline activities while learning the company’s services and value proposition in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with a Senior Account Executive to support territory growth and client engagement initiatives.
• Participate in client meetings, site visits, and business development activities.
• Attend networking events and industry functions to build relationships and generate business opportunities.
• Conduct follow-up communications, outreach efforts, and pipeline support activities.
• Maintain accurate records and sales activity within the CRM system (HubSpot experience preferred).
• Coordinate meetings, prepare sales materials, and assist with client presentations.
• Develop a strong understanding of U.S. Legal Support's services, solutions, and value proposition.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive client experience and support sales objectives.
