Responsibilities

• Support the Regional Sales Director, Regional Sales Managers, and Account Managers.
• Prepare monthly sales reports in Excel and Power BI for the North America team.
• Provide data for quarterly business reviews and monthly pipeline calls.
• Onboard new account managers with CRM and other systems training.
• Manage CRM data quality, contacts, accounts, and opportunities.
