The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement to enhance loyalty and retention. This is a full-time, on-site role with remote Fridays, located in Texas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10+ years in customer service/sales support with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• 5+ years of experience in customer service or supply chain within a manufacturing environment, focusing on high-value customers.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and Power BI for data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate a team of customer experience representatives to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Set performance expectations aligned to business goals; conduct coaching and formal reviews.
• Monitor workload, capacity and resource allocation to ensure timely order management and issue resolution.
• Act as escalation point for complex or high-impact customer issues and ensure professional resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve systemic issues affecting customer experience.
• Drive continuous improvement through data-informed practices and best-in-class service standards.
