Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field required.
• 3+ years of professional experience in Finance, Accounting, Sales Operations, Compensation Administration, or related analytical function.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyze large data sets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer monthly sales compensation process including calculations, validation, approvals, and payroll delivery.
• Develop recurring and ad hoc reporting to support business decisions.
• Manage monthly commission accrual process and present results to leadership.
• Research and resolve inquiries related to commission payments, territory assignments, and attribution.
• Partner with stakeholders to investigate discrepancies and support audits.
• Serve as SME for commission plan calculations and the compensation platform (Xactly Incent).
• Identify opportunities to leverage automation and BI tools to improve efficiency.
