Job summary

Confidential in Nashville is seeking a Commissions Analyst to support calculations, data validation and timely payout processing. This hybrid role reports to the Manager, Commissions, and focuses on accuracy, controls and auditable processes.

You will prepare recurring reports, assist with reconciliations and respond to employee inquiries while identifying improvements to reduce manual rework and strengthen data integrity.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of financial analysis or operations experience.
• Experience with analyzing large data sets, forecasting, reporting and data validation.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort with controls and reconciliations; rebates experience a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support commission and rebate calculations by gathering required inputs and validating data files to ensure payments are complete, timely and accurate.
• Prepare recurring reports, maintain supporting schedules and assist with reconciliations, exception reviews and documentation for an auditable commissions process.
• Respond to employee and stakeholder inquiries related to commissions and rebates, research discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain documentation, calendars, payout support materials and workflows associated with commission and rebate administration.
• Identify calculation issues and process inefficiencies, and support improvements that reduce manual rework and strengthen accuracy.
