Job summary

Natixis Investment Managers is looking for a Distribution Consultant in a hybrid Boston, MA position. You will join the Distribution Enablement Group to support sales enablement initiatives and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Compliance, and Technology to streamline workflows and improve reporting.

The role emphasizes data analysis, basic SQL, and the creation of client-facing tools, with strong communication and organizational skills essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales support, analytics, distribution enablement, or related field.
• Demonstrated interest in mutual fund wholesaling and asset management.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with SQL including writing basic queries.
• Exposure to CRM systems or analytics tools like Power BI/Tableau is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support distribution and sales enablement initiatives by gathering information, preparing materials, and assisting with planning activities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Compliance, and Technology to coordinate projects and ensure on-time deliverables.
• Maintain and improve client-facing tools, resources, and processes supporting sales engagement.
• Analyze data related to sales activity, client targeting, and distribution effectiveness using Excel, SQL, and reporting platforms.
• Write and modify SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze data for reporting.
