Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Venice, FL is seeking a Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST). This hybrid role blends customer service with basic vehicle servicing, with a pay range of $15.20–$22.71 per hour and opportunities for growth within Firestone Complete Auto Care.

You will assist customers, perform basic vehicle tasks (oil, tires, fluids), and support store operations, rotating between front counter and back shop as needed, with on‑the‑job training and opportunities for ASE

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid automobile driver’s license.
• Customer service and career growth mindset.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

• Customer service and sales; resolve customer issues.
• Perform basic vehicle service tasks (oil, tires, fluids).
