Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) in a hybrid role to serve customers, perform basic vehicle services, and support store operations. The position is designed as a pipeline for future growth within Firestone Complete Auto Care, with a pay range of $17.60–$26.29 per hour.

The SST role emphasizes customer service, learning all aspects of store operations, and opportunities for ASE certifications and career development in a dynamic retail

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Valid driver's license required.
Customer service and career growth mindset.
Ability to learn basic vehicle service tasks.
Ability to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

Serve customers by assessing needs and recommending products or services.
Perform basic vehicle service tasks such as oil, tires, and fluids.
Support store operations including opening/closing, inventory and displays.
May assist Manager or act as Manager-On-Duty to support development.
