Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks a Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) in Florida. This hybrid role blends customer service, sales, and basic vehicle service tasks, with opportunities to grow into leadership roles. Starting pay range $15.20–$22.71 per hour, plus benefits and paid time off.

As part of Bridgestone's Firestone Complete Auto Care network, you’ll learn store operations, participate in ASE certifications, and contribute to customer satisfaction with timely service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to learn basic vehicle service tasks.
• Strong customer service mindset and growth orientation.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers, assess needs, and recommend products/services.
• Perform entry-level vehicle services as trained.
• Support store operations and inventory as needed.
