Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) for a hybrid role in driving customer service and basic vehicle services, with opportunities to grow within Firestone Complete Auto Care. You will assess customer needs, recommend products and services, and complete entry-level vehicle tasks while delivering satisfaction.

The position pays $17.60 to $26.29 per hour and includes benefits such as medical/dental/vision from day one, paid vacation, ASE

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid automobile driver's license.
• Customer service and career growth mindset.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

• Customer service, sales, customer issue resolution- 75%.
• Basic vehicle service tasks, oil, tires, fluids- 25%.
• Store operations, opening/closing, inventory, displays- as needed basis.
• May assist Manager or act as Manager-On-Duty in certain circumstances or to support development.
• Learn all aspects of store operations and flex between front/back shop tasks.
