Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) to serve customers by assessing needs, recommending products and services, and performing entry-level vehicle services. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid automobile driver's license.

• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.

Responsibilities

• Hybrid role focusing on customer service, sales and issue resolution (75%).
• Perform basic vehicle service tasks such as oil, tires and fluids (25%).
• Support store operations including opening/closing, inventory and displays as needed.
