Shopmonkey seeks a Senior Expansion Account Executive to help auto shop owners digitally transform their businesses. You will lead customer expansion initiatives, build relationships, and drive adoption of the marketing suite in a hybrid role with in-office days in Marin County, CA.

You will grow revenue, maintain a pipeline, define sales strategies, and forecast accurately using the CRM, while learning SaaS sales and Shopmonkey's full product suite.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of closing sales with top performance.
• Ability to understand Shopmonkey's platform and relate to varying tech savvy.
• Adaptable to ambiguous, fast-paced startup environment.
• Passion for startups and new technology.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by building relationships with high-potential prospective users.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality opportunities.
• Define and execute new sales strategies to showcase impact.
• Provide accurate forecast information via CRM and management.
• Learn SaaS sales strategies and Shopmonkey's product suite.
• Identify adoption, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
