Allego is seeking an Implementation Customer Success Coordinator - Implementation in Waltham, MA, a hybrid role on our Implementation Services team. You will help onboard new Allego customers, configure the platform, and train customer admins to ensure long-term success.

You are tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with an interest in SaaS implementation and project management in a fast-paced environment. 1–2 years of related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional experience in customer service, client relations, software implementation support, or technical application support preferred.
• SaaS & Tech Aptitude: Strong technical aptitude with the ability to master software functionality and configure platform settings.

Responsibilities

• Implementation Support: assist end-to-end onboarding and implementation lifecycle for new customer accounts.
• Platform Configuration: Hands-on configuration of user groups, content structures, workflows, and tailored features within the Allego Platform.
• Customer Enablement & Training: train customer platform admins and project teams on configuration best practices.
• Project Execution: track project deliverables, manage action items, and ensure milestones are completed on time.
• Product Expertise: develop deep knowledge of Allego platform functionality and best practices.
