Job summary
Allego is seeking an Implementation Customer Success Coordinator to support onboarding, configuration, and early platform success for new customers. You will work with ICMSs and Senior ICMSs to execute customer implementations and train admins on managing tailored Allego solutions post-launch.
You will hands-on configure the platform, help maintain project status in Salesforce, and collaborate with Product, Technical Support, and Account Management to ensure timely delivery and high-quality
Qualifications
- 1–2 years in customer service or software implementation support.
- Strong SaaS/tech aptitude with ability to configure platforms.
- Clear communication and training skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with CRM and CS platforms is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end onboarding and implementation lifecycle.
- Configure user groups, content structures, workflows in Allego.
- Train customer admins and project teams.
- Track deliverables and milestones.
- Maintain project status in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Product, Support, and Account Management.
- Improve templates and training guides.
