Job summary

Allego is seeking an Implementation Customer Success Coordinator in Waltham, MA to join our Implementation Services team. You will assist in onboarding, configuration, and early platform success for new Allego customers, working with ICSMs and Senior ICSMs to execute deployments and train customer admins.

You are detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and customer-focused, with hands-on software configuration experience and a passion for problem-solving in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, client relations, software implementation support, or technical application support preferred.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, CS platforms) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end onboarding and implementation lifecycle for new customers.
• Configure users, content structures, workflows, and features within the Allego Platform per project needs.
• Train customer admins on configuration and ongoing management post-launch.
• Track deliverables, manage action items, and ensure milestones are met on time.
• Develop knowledge of Allego platform functionality and best practices.
• Collaborate with Product, Technical Support, and Account Management to resolve client requests.
• Maintain accurate project status and customer records in Salesforce.
