Allego, a Boston-area leader in Revenue Enablement, is seeking a Customer Success Coordinator to join its award-winning team. You will support post-implementation activities, provide email and Zoom-based support, and act as a knowledge expert for the Allego platform.

You’ll work with Directors, Product, and customers to drive adoption, deliver Success Acceleration Services, and manage interactions in Salesforce.com and ChurnZero.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years professional experience in customer service, client relations and/or account management.
• Ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment.
• Ability to manage both long-term projects and short-term tasks effectively.
• Extremely responsive to customers with ownership to resolve issues.
• Highly detail-oriented and quality driven.

Responsibilities

• Work in partnership with Directors to support post implementation support.
• Provide customer support via email and Zoom.
• Act as a knowledge expert for the Allego platform.
• Deliver Success Acceleration Services that increase user adoption and engagement and include content creation.
• Collaborate with Product teams to resolve client issues and problems.
• Host live office hours training sessions for new and existing customers.
• Manage and track customer interactions via Salesforce.com and ChurnZero.
