Job summary

Trinnex is seeking a highly commercially minded, hybrid Digital Products & Services Project Manager to oversee a blended portfolio of standard product implementations and custom service contracts in the public utilities sector.

You will manage SaaS deployments (leadCAST, waterCAST) while leading high-value consulting engagements, ensuring software configurations scale and services margins are protected across global and domestic clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5 years of related experience.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a hybrid mix of standard SaaS deployments and custom digital services of moderate to high complexity.
• Partner with the Customer Success team to orchestrate software product deployments and training milestones.
• Manage and deliver custom technical services including data integrations and digital transformation assessments.
• Execute monthly forecasts and re-budgeting in EcoSys with project accounting support.
• Conduct portfolio cleanups and ensure timely closeouts and invoicing.
• Monitor costs to protect margins and prevent scope creep across projects.
