• Coordinate product deployments with Customer Success and ensure configurations align with schedules.
• Lead data integration, transformation efforts and roadmaps for client projects.
• Forecast, re-budget and monitor labor funds to protect margins and revenue.
• Enforce contractual boundaries between Fixed-Fee and Time & Materials engagements.
