• Lead custom services like data integrations and digital transformation efforts.
• Forecast projects monthly and work with accounting to manage labor funds.
• Ensure cost control and revenue capture across projects.
• Coordinate data integration pipelines across GIS/SCADA.
• Manage client relationships and translate requests to delivery teams.
