Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years related experience.
• Experience with routing software or similar systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Code delivery manifests and build trucks in the routing system.
• Compile statistics from manifests and prepare reports.
• Input delivery information into computer systems.
• Assist with dispatching as needed.
• Assist with materials for routing process improvement workshops.
• Contact customers to confirm delivery details and time windows.
• Verify delivery dates and times against manifests.
• Maintain department files and documentation.
• Perform other clerical duties as assigned.
• Support weekly optimization requirements for inbound, cross-dock and outbound routes.
