Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; related field.
• At least 1 year or more related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Support contracted carriers to ensure SOP compliance and delivery performance.
• Ensure on-time delivery and provide high quality customer service.
• Coordinate with customers and service providers to meet KPIs.
• Provide administrative support to the Compliance Team and manage related reporting.
