• Some product design, prototyping, or fabrication experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a two-year BUILD rotational program across Decatur and other sites.
• Rotate through New Product Development, Sustaining, VAVE, and Manufacturing.
• Collaborate with engineers on CAD, prototyping, validation, and certification testing.
• Assist project management and factory handoff activities.
