Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• Interest in an operations career path and willingness to work on site in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Demonstrated operational problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, inventory management, or production scheduling.
• Ability to use data to monitor operational performance and balance service, cost, inventory, and quality objectives.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office; exposure to ERP or digital manufacturing systems such as Oracle is preferred.
• Leadership experience demonstrating initiative and teamwork; travel up to 20% may be required.
• Less than two years of related professional work experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to Production Planning and Manufacturing Engineer projects within rotations.
• Collaborate with teams across functions to align with company objectives.
• Gain exposure to areas such as Quality, Network Strategy, and other manufacturing domains.
