Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/ Electromechanical Engineering or equivalent required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong understanding of mechanical thermodynamics fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a two-year rotational BUILD program with six-month rotations across functional areas.
• Receive one-on-one mentorship from a Mechanical Engineering leader for the duration of the program.
• Engage in onboarding, social/networking events, and cross-team collaboration to develop business acumen.
