Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Manager of Clinical Pharmacy Services to lead a team of clinical pharmacists across multiple care lines. The role emphasizes program development, drug safety, quality, and affordability, with oversight of clinical initiatives and cross‑functional collaboration.

You will guide performance, supervise up to 10 direct reports, manage budgets, and drive improvement inStars, HEDIS, and related programs within a mission‑driven health system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D; Residency certificate or advanced degree preferred
• Three years of experience in patient care settings plus management or business experience in a managed health care system or equivalent
• Licensed pharmacist in state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage clinical pharmacy program development, implementation, and maintenance across lines of business.
• Oversee clinical drug safety, quality, and affordability programs to improve member health journeys.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external vendors to ensure service levels and contractual obligations are met.
