• 3 years nursing experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Assures required tests are completed and reviewed per transplant protocols.
• Analyses test results and develops a plan to obtain expected outcomes.
• Identifies eligibility criteria to identify high-risk recipients and donors; coordinates consultations.
• Coordinates procurement of donor cells/organs with HIPAA compliance.
• Participates in multidisciplinary team meetings to develop care plans.
• Education provided pre- and post-transplant to recipients, donors, and caregivers.
