Job summary

Advocate Health is hiring a registered nurse in the Transplant: Kidney Adult department in Charlotte, NC. The role is full-time with a hybrid schedule (minimum 3 days on-site, remote privileges) and pay range $38.20–$57.30 per hour.

The position requires a BSN, current RN license, CPR certification, and at least 3 years of nursing experience, with benefits and ongoing professional development available through Advocate Health.

Qualifications

• RN license required or eligible per state requirements.
• 3 years nursing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assures tests are completed per transplant protocols.
• Analyzes tests and develops care plans to achieve outcomes.
• Interprets eligibility for high-risk recipients and donors and coordinates consultations.
• Communicates eligibility with the multidisciplinary team.
• Coordinates procurement of donor cells/organs while complying with HIPAA.
• Provides education pre- and post-transplant to recipients, donors, and caregivers.
