Job summary

Enlyte is seeking a Field Case Manager in the Reno, NV area to coordinate patient care among physicians, employers, and insurance teams. This full-time, hybrid role requires regular local travel to attend in-person appointments and to manage case outcomes.

You will lead the treatment plan and ensure cost-effective, appropriate healthcare services to return patients to work. The ideal candidate holds an RN license with 2+ years of clinical experience and a URAC-recognized case management

Qualifications

• RN license required and in good standing.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred.
• URAC-recognized case management certification (CCM, CDMS, CRC, CRRN, etc.) preferred.
• Travel to attend in-person appointments within assigned geography is required.
• Reliable internet and transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement treatment plans with treating physicians/providers to enable early return to work.
• Collaborate with employers and physicians to tailor job duties and healthcare services.
• Assess recovery progress and adjust goals based on patient improvement and treatment effectiveness.
• Independently manage workload and prioritize cases to ensure timely care.
• Attend injured worker appointments and prepare status updates for customers.
