Job summary

Enlyte is hiring a Field Case Manager in the Baltimore, MD area to coordinate treatment plans for injured workers and auto accident patients. The role requires travel to in-person appointments with patients, collaboration with physicians, employers, and legal representatives, and ensuring cost-effective, quality healthcare services.

Qualifications

Associates or Bachelor's in Nursing or related field.
2+ years clinical practice; workers’ compensation experience preferred.
Advocate recommendations with physicians/ employers; able to work independently; basic MS Office skills.
Active RN license in good standing; URAC-recognition CM certification preferred.
Must have reliable transportation to attend in-person appointments.
Must have reliable internet.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate knowledge of case management standards of practice.
Advise on treatment plans using injury types, medications, and job duties.
Interview disabled persons to assess recovery and occupational vs non-occupational factors.
Collaborate with physicians to tailor treatment plans.
Work with employers and physicians to modify job duties to enable early return to work.
Manage workload and prioritize cases independently.
Attend injured workers’ appointments and prepare status updates for customers.
