Job summary

Enlyte is seeking a Field Case Manager in the Thornton, CO area with a full-time, hybrid role. The candidate should be able to travel regularly for in-person patient appointments and ideally be bilingual (English/Spanish).

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred; workers' compensation experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with physicians/providers, employers, and patients to plan treatment and return-to-work.
• Assess injury recovery and determine occupational vs non-occupational factors.
• Facilitate early return to work by adjusting job duties where feasible.
• Manage caseload independently with prioritization.
• Prepare status updates and communicate with customers.
