World Market, LLC is hiring a Risk & Safety Specialist to drive OSHA compliance, manage workers’ compensation and general liability operations, and deliver data-driven safety insights. The role involves collaboration with HR, Operations, and Legal, and requires 3–5 years in insurance, safety, or related administrative roles.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in corporate insurance, workers’ comp, safety, or administrative roles.
• Knowledge of workers’ compensation insurance and safety programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Work closely with the Workers’ Compensation Senior Specialist to manage the Company’s Workers’ Compensation and General Liability operations.
• Perform data analysis and daily claim intakes within the risk and safety programs.
• Lead regulatory compliance efforts related to OSHA, including engagement with OSHA representatives and corrective actions.
• Manage end-to-end General Liability & Workers’ Compensation claims with TPAs; oversee investigations and customer communications.
• Prepare OSHA 300 and 300A reports; identify trends for risk mitigation.
• Develop monthly executive reports and dashboards on safety, claims, and risk exposure.
• Coordinate with HR, Operations and Legal on intake forms, accommodations, and investigations.
• Apply Behavior-Based Safety principles to influence safety culture across all levels.
• Lead special projects on insurance risk and safety initiatives.
