Job summary

Amkor Technology, Inc. seeks a Risk Analyst (ATA) to support risk management, workers’ compensation, regulatory compliance, and injury prevention programs in Phoenix, AZ. You will coordinate claims, maintain OSHA records, monitor risk metrics, and analyze trends to drive reduction in risk exposure and costs.

The role emphasizes collaboration across HR, EHS, medical providers, and insurance carriers, with a hybrid in-office/remote schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in risk management, business, occupational safety, HR, insurance or related field.
• Minimum of three years in risk management, workers’ comp, insurance and claims administration.
• Knowledge of OSHA recordkeeping, COIs, and return-to-work processes.
• Experience analyzing injury/claims data to identify trends.
• Experience reviewing COIs and contractual insurance requirements.
• Knowledge of risk transfer concepts including indemnification and liability.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary coordinator for workers’ compensation claims from incident reporting through claim closure.
• Coordinate claims administration across ATA, ATI HQ, and stakeholders.
• Ensure timely reporting, monitor status, document claims, support return-to-work.
• Maintain OSHA 300/300A records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support audits with accurate recordkeeping and readiness.
• Monitor TRIR and other safety metrics and analyze trends.
• Prepare dashboards and reports on claims, frequency, and risk exposure.
• Identify trends and recommend corrective actions to reduce incidents and costs.
• Coordinate incident investigations with EHS, HR, and operations.
• Support training initiatives and review contracts for insurance requirements.
