Zusammenfassung

Sargent & Lundy is seeking a Corporate Office Safety Coordinator to develop and maintain office safety programs across regional offices. The role includes conducting hazard assessments, coordinating fire drills, and delivering safety training to employees, including new-hire orientations and refresher courses.

The candidate will partner with Facilities Management, HR, and regional leaders to ensure OSHA and NFPA compliance, maintain training records, and drive continuous safety improvements

Qualifikationen

• 10 years of progressive experience in safety, EHS, or risk management.
• Experience delivering safety training to adult audiences, in person and virtually.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations, NFPA fire and life-safety codes, and general office safety requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain detailed training and compliance records.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present to executives and non-technical staff.

Aufgaben

• Develop, update, and maintain office safety policies aligned with OSHA and fire-code requirements.
• Conduct hazard assessments and inspections in offices (egress, fire protection, electrical, ergonomics).
• Track corrective actions and safety metrics; report quarterly to management.
• Coordinate emergency action and preparedness plans for regional offices.
• Design, schedule, and deliver safety training seminars and orientations.
• Maintain records of safety training attendance, certifications, and drill documentation.
• Collaborate with facilities, HR, and regional leadership to promote a safe work environment.
