TEEMA is seeking a Risk Analyst for a growing global manufacturing organization to support workers' compensation, OSHA records, and risk management. You will coordinate claims and work with HR, EHS, Legal, and Operations to reduce injuries and financial exposure.

The role includes maintaining OSHA logs, analyzing risk trends, conducting investigations, and developing training. A hybrid schedule is offered with both onsite and remote elements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related experience in risk management or safety.
• 3+ years in risk management, workers' comp, insurance, or safety.
• Experience handling workers' comp claims and return-to-work processes.
• Knowledge of OSHA 300/300A recordkeeping and safety regulations.
• Ability to analyze claims data and identify risks for improvement.
• Familiarity with COIs, insurance requirements, and indemnification.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Manage workers' comp claims from reporting to resolution with various stakeholders.
• Maintain OSHA 300/300A logs and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor TRIR, injury frequency, and risk trends; report findings.
• Support investigations, corrective actions, and return-to-work programs.
• Review COIs and contractual insurance requirements; assess liability exposure.
• Prepare safety reports, dashboards, and risk reduction recommendations.
• Coordinate safety, workers' comp, and compliance training programs.
• Assist with insurance reviews, audits, and regulatory documentation.
