Job summary

Osaic is seeking a Risk Analyst I to support the development and execution of our risk management program. You will work on projects under supervision to document key risks, controls, and risk metrics, collaborating with subject matter experts to map workflows and identify data patterns.

You will report to the VP of Enterprise Risk and contribute to risk reporting for senior leadership. A BA/BS in a related field and analytics certifications are preferred; hybrid schedule with in-office days at

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, or related field.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
• Certifications in SQL, Power BI or analytics are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn business processes of units under review and guide on identified risks and control design.
• Produce process flow maps showing decision points, ownership, risks and controls.
• Engage with managers to gather insights and document processes, assess risk framework and controls.
• Assess data to determine control effectiveness, trends, and red flags events.
• Create monthly risk program metrics and communicate insights to managers and senior leaders.
• Review applicable regulations and supervisory procedures for regulatory compliance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
