These roles are based in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Seattle with an anticipated start in June 2027. These are hybrid roles that have a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. Join Marsh's Early Career Program as a Summer Intern, a 10-week experience where interns will work directly with senior advisors and brokers to help clients identify risks to their people, property, or financial and strategic goals, offering hands‑on experience in risk management and insurance broking. As part of our program benefits, you will have a vibrant cohort community and dedicated program team to provide learning and development opportunities, a mentorship program, exposure to senior leaders, and valuable networking opportunities. Upon completing the summer internship, exceptional juniors may be offered an offer to join our full-time program at Marsh.
