Job summary

Careington International seeks a Revenue Operations Representative to ensure accurate member and group data administration, agent setup, and commission-related reporting. You will support payment posting, audits, and service to agents, clients, and members across multiple systems and workflows.

The role combines data accuracy with agent administration and call center support, requiring attention to detail, consistent execution, and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in administrative, operations, customer service, call center, data administration, or related experience.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple inboxes, queues, reports, and recurring tasks while maintaining accuracy and service standards.
• Must be able to manage inbound calls as back-up to Agent Administrators.

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of member data entry, including new member additions and edits to existing records.
• Assist with group data administration, initial group setup, ongoing validation, and audits.
• Assist with agent enrollments, setup, maintenance, and daily correspondence across channels.
• Manage high-volume agent support activity, including inbound calls.
• Research member, group, agent, and payment related issues and verify records.
• Review commission structures and coordinate with departments for accurate processing.
• Generate, audit, validate, and track monthly and ad hoc reports for stakeholders.
• Create and distribute written communications to members, agents, clients, and internal teams.
• Interface with third-party vendors and internal departments to support operations and data accuracy.
• File, retrieve, and maintain enrollment, agent, group, and commission documents per standards.
• Assist with department queues, month-end activities, and other tasks.
• Serve as backup for the agent service unit and cross-train across lines of business.
• Participate in special projects, process improvements, and reporting enhancements.
