Job summary

NCD in the United States is seeking an Operations Associate to keep core workflows accurate, efficient, and on schedule. You will support daily execution of workstreams, maintain data integrity, and help improve processes.

Collaborating with Operations, Engineering, Member Care, Sales, and Finance, you will ensure data quality, timely communications, and reliable processing of member, agent, and carrier operations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, billing, commissions, or financial administration.
• Exceptional attention to detail with numeric/data accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups).
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Maintain data accuracy across CRM and operational systems.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies.
• Process operational workflows (billing, payments, commissions, enrollment) on schedule.
• Audit data prior to processing to minimize errors.
• Support reconciliation efforts and trace discrepancies to source.
• Track and report key operational metrics.
• Collaborate with Operations, Member Care, Engineering, Sales, and Finance.
• Own daily/weekly workflows and maintain process documentation.
• Assist in tests and rollouts of process or system updates.
