• Right size members into alternative plan options that better align with needs and finances.
• Execute high volume outbound retention campaigns.
• Recover at-risk memberships and re-engage members who initiated cancellations.
• Serve as frontline sales for discount plan products and drive new enrollments.
• Support inbound sales call overflow when needed.
• Balance blended inbound/outbound calls while maintaining quality and compliance.
• Meet or exceed monthly save rate, sales production, and call productivity goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation across member interactions.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify trends and retention opportunities.
