Job summary

Careington International in Frisco, TX is seeking a strategic, hands-on Leader of Revenue Operations to optimize billing, AR, commissions, and client-facing operations across a fast-growing health benefits business.

The role reports to the SVP of Revenue Operations and will lead a 25+ person team, partner with IT and sales leadership, and serve as a key liaison to top-tier clients including Aetna, CVS, and MetLife. This is a high-visibility, transformation-focused executive position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Strong Excel and KPI design capabilities.
• Experience with CRM/ERP and enterprise systems.
• Proven leadership in revenue or operations.
• Experience in healthcare revenue cycle is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across billing, AR, commissions, and operational support.
• Partner with IT to implement system enhancements and transformations.
• Engage with top-tier clients during pre-sales discussions and quarterly business reviews.
• Measure performance with dashboards, audits, and data-driven insights.
• Develop talent, establish accountability, and drive cross-functional initiatives.
