Ashley, Inc. is seeking a Revenue Cycle A/R Representative to join our team in a hybrid capacity in Havre de Grace, MD. You will manage patient and insurance receivables from billing through final resolution, ensuring accurate payments and patient satisfaction.

Key duties include resolving accounts, submitting claims, handling denials, reconciling payments, and maintaining EMR documentation. The role requires at least 2 years in insurance billing and proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of insurance/patient billing and healthcare claims processing.
• Strong knowledge of third-party payer guidelines and denial processes.
• Ability to calculate figures and reconcile accounts with precision.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Own assigned accounts holistically and secure timely payments.
• Prepare, review, and submit claims to carriers and patients.
• Analyze claim denials and file appeals to mitigate leakage.
• Review EOBs, ERAs, and payer policies to verify reimbursements.
• Log activity in EMR to maintain audit readiness.
• Collaborate with billing, patient access, and payment posting teams.
