Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency (Graham Company division) is seeking an Account Analyst/Account Manager to deliver daily service for assigned benefits accounts and progressively assume full account management duties. The role emphasizes client advocacy, renewals, enrollment support, and cross-functional collaboration.

With a minimum of five years in employee benefits and a Life/Health license (or ability to obtain), you will work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in the Employee Benefits industry (brokerage or insurance company).
• Ability to develop creative, client specific solutions within established standards.
• Be a team player and perform other duties as assigned.
• Ability to exercise independent discretion and judgment.
• Pursue a program for personal and professional development; obtain and maintain the required insurance agent’s license.
• Good communication skills (oral and written).
• Ability to meet deadlines and work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Work with Employee Benefits Consultants and Producers on marketing of new and renewal business.
• Present renewal proposals to clients as assigned by Account Manager.
• Handle day-to-day service issues and provide excellent client service.
• Maintain client and benefit plan information on employer web portal.
• Attend annual enrollment meetings and benefit fairs when requested.
• Coordinate new client implementations and support broader project initiatives.
• Negotiate on client’s behalf with insurance marketplace.
• Maintain knowledge of marketplace, carriers and regulations.
• Attend client meetings as requested.
• Perform other duties as requested.
