Corebridge Financial seeks a seasoned Consultant to serve plan sponsors using Retirement Manager. You’ll provide proactive group-level support, be a go-to SME, and drive process improvements. Collaboration with internal and external partners is key to delivering strong client outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years of related experience, excellent communication, data analysis skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid Houston office environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of related experience required.
• Excellent communication across verbal, written, interpersonal and presentation.
• Proficient with computer software and data analysis.
• Ability to analyze data, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently within a team.

Responsibilities

• Process Management: manage Retirement Manager underwriting, renewal agreements, billing, and bid reviews.
• Manage deconversion, termination, and vendor transitions for Retirement Manager.
• Oversee vendor mergers and acquisitions related to Retirement Manager.
• Configure and manage group contract agreements; coordinate with Relationship and Account Managers.
