Job summary

Aon is seeking a Pension Specialist in The Woodlands, TX for a hybrid role with virtual and in-office work. Initially daily in-person attendance during training; after onboarding, in-office days are Tuesday and Wednesday and can change.

You will respond to member calls, assist with payments and reporting, and maintain accurate notes. Bilingual Spanish skills are preferred, with opportunities for growth and client service.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
• Basic spreadsheet knowledge (Excel).
• Mathematical proficiency.
• Bilingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Respond to member calls and facilitate requests.
• Complete payment elections and assist with reporting and benefit calculations.
• Support short-term, high-volume projects as needed.
• Provide accurate notes documenting callers' requests and follow-ups.
