Job summary

Aon is seeking a Pension Specialist to join our Woodlands, TX team in a hybrid role with initial in-office training. You will respond to employee pension inquiries, process requests, and participate in client teams to deepen pension knowledge.

Strong math skills and Excel basics are essential, with bilingual Spanish beneficial. Role includes training, potential for growth into more technical duties, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
• Basic spreadsheet (Excel) knowledge.
• Mathematical proficiency.
• Bilingual language skills - Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Respond to member calls and facilitate member requests.
• Support onboarding and ongoing pension team tasks as assigned based on performance and needs.
• Handle short-term, high-volume projects as needed.
• Avail 3 to 6.5 hours per day to assist participants.
• Maintain timely, accurate notes of caller requests, concerns and follow-ups.
• Possibility to grow into roles with increased technical complexity.
• Maintain familiarity with client plan provisions and defined benefit rules.
• Attend trainings to stay updated on legislative or client changes.
