Job summary

Aon is seeking a Pension Specialist in a hybrid role based in The Woodlands, TX. You will begin with daily in-person attendance and training, then may shift to in-office on Tue/Wed as approved. You will advise employees on pension plans, helping them achieve retirement goals while supporting team needs.

Ideal candidates hold an undergraduate degree or equivalent, have basic Excel skills, mathematical proficiency, and Spanish language ability. Compensation ranges from $58,000 to $62,000 yearly.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
• Basic spreadsheet knowledge (Excel).
• Mathematical proficiency.
• Bilingual language skills - Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Respond to member calls and facilitate member requests.
• After onboarding is complete, assist with ongoing pension team tasks and data maintenance.
• Support short-term, high-volume projects as needed.
• Be available to help participants 3–6.5 hours daily and stay on time.
• Provide accurate notes documenting caller requests and follow-ups.
• Grow into roles with increased technical challenges.
• Maintain knowledge of client plan provisions and defined benefit rules.
• Attend training to stay updated on legislative or client changes.
