Aon is seeking a Pension Specialist to advise employees on pension plans and help them achieve retirement goals. This hybrid role requires initial in-person attendance in Woodlands, TX, with training and assessments guiding future in-office days.

You will handle member calls, process requests, and participate in team projects while growing pension knowledge through customer service training and rotations on client teams.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
• Basic spreadsheet knowledge (Excel).
• Mathematical proficiency.
• Bilingual language skills - Spanish.

Responsabilités

• Respond to member calls and facilitate member requests.
• Support ongoing pension team responsibilities including correspondence, elections, and data maintenance.
• Contribute to high-volume projects as needed.
• Attend training to stay current on plan provisions and regulations.
